NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING


Including an Executive Session

Please note that the Board of Trustees of the Anchorage Middletown Fire and EMS (AMFEMS) will conduct a special meeting to discuss the following:


1. Approve revised job description for Executive Assistant to the Fire Chief.

2. Resolution of the Board approving Chief Walsh and Deputy Chiefs Sutt and Fletcher as authorized users on Paycor payroll system, and granting Chief Walsh access and as authorized user as required to all other outside vendors and partners, and allowing Chief Walsh to designate an agent to be authorized on his behalf when he is not available to do so.

3. Resolution granting the Chairperson authority to act on prehearing motions concerning any scheduled disciplinary hearing.

4. Personnel matters pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f). This will include both an open session and an executive session.


The meeting will not be in person, and will take place exclusively by Zoom on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 2 PM. The log in information is as follows:
