Anchorage Middletown Fire & EMS proudly supports Crusade for Children, helping provide vital medical, educational, and therapeutic services to children with special needs across Kentucky and Southern Indiana. AMFEMS focus areas: Supporting children and families in our community Partnering with regional fire departments and public safety agencies Continuing a long-standing fire service tradition of giving back.

Funds raised through AMFEMS events go directly to Crusade for Children, supporting programs that improve quality of life for children in need.
