FIRE STATION SIGNAGE REPLACEMENT AND MONUMENT SIGNAGE MODIFICATIONS
RFP NO. G-26-1
Anchorage Middletown Fire & EMS (“AMFEMS”) is soliciting proposals from qualified signage contractors for the design refinement, fabrication, removal, replacement, modification, and installation of exterior signage at nine (9) fire station locations. The project generally includes replacement of building-mounted signage and evaluation and modification of existing monument signage to provide a coordinated and consistent department identity.
The Request for Proposals, including project requirements, specifications, exhibits, station information, proposal requirements, and pricing forms, is available beginning September 1, 2026 at:

Respondents are responsible for reviewing the complete RFP and all addenda and clarifications posted at the above website.
Site visits may be arranged by appointment during the period of September 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026. Written questions concerning the RFP must be submitted no later than 4:00 P.M. on October 1, 2026. Responses and applicable addenda will be posted to the AMFEMS vendor webpage.
Proposals must be received no later than
12:00 P.M. (Noon) on October 9, 2026.

Late proposals may not be considered. The Respondent is responsible for ensuring that its proposal is received by the stated deadline.
AMFEMS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or minor irregularities, request clarification or additional information, conduct interviews or presentations, negotiate contract terms, request best and final offers, and award the entire project or individual portions thereof. Selection will be based upon the proposal determined to provide the
best overall value to the Owner and will not necessarily be based solely upon the lowest proposed price.
